The Ascendium Cares employee giving program is based on a simple premise: We rise by lifting others.

Our people are the heart of our mission.

Ascendium Cares helps them do more, even when they’re off the job. We’re committed to making the world a better place, and we know our employees are, too. That’s why we support our employees in their volunteerism so they can help improve the places they live and work.

Giving back is in our DNA

Employee giving is central to our culture. That’s why we offer Ascendium Cares as a benefit to our employees. It’s an extension of our mission to champion opportunity for everyone. Through Ascendium Cares, our employees support the communities in which they live and work.

How does it work?

  • Each employee receives paid Volunteer Time Off which they can use to volunteer at local nonprofits in their community.
  • Staff in each of our offices come together to select a local nonprofit organization to “adopt,” and employees can support that organization through drives, volunteer time and other financial support.
  • Ascendium employees are invited to contribute to their local United Way and Community Shares campaigns.
