YOU'RE BEHIND ON LOAN PAYMENTS

Your loan servicer let us know you're behind on your loan payments. As your loan guarantor, we're contacting you to discuss options for getting your loan back in good standing. We know this is a challenging time and are here to help.

YOUR LOAN IS IN DEFAULT

Your loan servicer let us know you haven't been making loan payments and your loan is in default. We paid your loan balance to your loan servicer and assumed ownership of your loan.

How We Contact You

We’ll typically email you or mail you a letter with details about your loan. It’s important that the contact information you have on file with us is accurate so you can receive those details. If you’d like to confirm or update your contact information, you can email Recovery Administration or call 866-348-0715.

YOUR COLLEGE PARTNERS WITH US

The college you attend, or attended, partners with us to provide you with loan repayment support at no cost to you. Our success coaches answer questions about your loans and the loan process, counsel you on repayment options and provide tools and resources to help you better manage repayment.

Our first contact is usually an email to the email address you have on file with your college. Our email address is repaymentsupport@ascendiumeducation.org. We may also call you. We'll let you know we're calling from Ascendium on your college's behalf if we do. Our phone number is 800-815-1288.
